  • chevron_rightWhat is Alert Bay and how do I sign up?
    Get alerted about emergencies and other important Bay County community news by signing up for Alert Bay. This system enables bay county to provide you with critical information quickly in situations such as severe weather, unexpected road closures, missing persons and evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods.
    You will receive time-sensitive notifications wherever you specify, such as your home and/or office via mobile or business phones, email address, text messages and more. You pick where, you pick how.

  • chevron_rightWhat is the Endless Summer registration fee?
    The Endless Summer registration fee is charged to any short term visitor staying on the property. This fee is payable on-line through this website. For payment made at the Endless Summer Office please add a $5.00 service charge. Once paid, bring your e-receipt to the office and you will be issued a single parking pass that must be visibly displayed at all times while on the property.
     
    Registration Fees:
    Vehicle Parking:                    $30.00/vehicle for registration On-SITE.
                                                  $25.00/vehicle for On-LINE registration.
    Small Trailer Parking:           $20.00
    Contractor Trailer Parking:  $25.00
    Motorcycle Parking:             $10.00 - Note, if you are pulling a motorcycle you must register the bike, the trailer, and the vehicle.
     
  • chevron_rightQuiet Hours 10pm to 10am
    Endless Summer functions under a good neighbor policy.  Many of the people you see during your stay are owners or full time residents on the property.  Together we can all have a great time by showing each other respect and consideration.
    Quiet hours at Endless Summer are 10pm to 10am daily.  During quiet hours no noise inside your unit should be audible outside the unit and likewise no noise outside a unit should be audible inside a unit.

  • chevron_rightWhat time does the pool and jacuzzi close?
    All amenities at Endless Summer are open at 8am and close at 10pm daily.  Please pay attention to all signs posted in the event an emergency situation results in closing an amenity during typical open hours.  If you attempt to enter the pool or jacuzzi area and the gate is lock, that is a good indication that it is closed and you should not enter.
    Watch for any posted signs if the gate is locked during expected operating hours.
  • chevron_rightIs there a place to park my bicycle?
    Bicycle parking is allowed on a temporary basis behind he clubhouse.  The rules for parking bicycles on Endless Summer property are below.
    1. Bicycle parking is not allowed for longer than seven (7) days
    2. Bicycles are to be pushed out of the common area prior to riding
    3. Riding bicycles in the common areas or on sidewalks is a safety hazard and is not allowed
  • chevron_rightIs there a place to park trailers? (Motorcycles, Boats, Waverunner)
    Trailers used to pull motorcycles, boats, wave runners or other such recreational equipment can only be parked at the rear or front of the property.  There is a very limited amount of parking space onsite and use of the overflow parking is on a first come first served basis.  An additional parking pass for trailers must be obtained from the association manager upon arrival.
    Note:  During peak season and especially on holiday weekends the overflow parking can fill up.  Anyone bringing a trailer should make sure backup arrangements are available during these peak times.

  • chevron_rightI'm an owner, how do I join the website?
    If you are an owner at Endless Summer Condos, you can register for your website account using the register link at the top right side of the web page. After you submit your registration, the administrator will review and verify your membership as an owner. Once verified, your access will be approved.
  • chevron_rightHow do I control the information visible in the Owner Directory?
    You can control the information visible to others in our Owner Directory from your profile page.  There is a how to Blog available on the website that provides additional information on the settings that can be changed.  You must be logged into the website to access the How To Guides: User Profile Privacy blog.
  • chevron_rightCan we have multiple user accounts on the website?
    Yes, we now have the capability to support multiple users (and email accounts) for each property on our website.  We have a how to guide that explains how our users are tied to properties on the website.  You must be logged into the website to access the How To Guides:  Adding Users (User Levels).
  • chevron_rightCan I pay my dues through the website?
    Yes you can!  Our website does have the capability to accept association dues by either credit card or via direct bank draft.  With the initial release, payments can be made by submitting a Quick Payment.  As we continue to transition our association membership management to the website you will be able to see your invoices from your profile page as well as make your payment against that invoice.
    Note:  all processing fees associated with credit card or bank draft payments is the responsibility of the owner.  Credit card processing is 2.8% of total + $0.30 and bank draft is 1.3% of total plus $0.30.
