Renter Registration

All renters and guests staying overnight at Endless Summer Condominiums are required to register with the association manager upon arrival and pay the registration fee to obtain their parking pass.  In an effort to streamline this process, the association is providing the capability for renters and guests to pre-register and pay the registration fee through the Endless Summer Website.  To complete the registration click on REGISTER at the top of the website and membership type of Guests & Renters.

 

Renters and guests should fill out all fields on the registration form.  If a renter or guest wants their information viewable in the Endless Summer Directory they can do so by setting Show Profile to Yes.  If a Renter or Guest chooses not to allow their information to be visible they will continue to be included in administrator views only but not seen through the website by other members.

 

Upon submitting their registration, renters and guests have the option of paying their registration fee in advance by Credit Card or Direct Bank Account.  Renters and Guests are responsible for paying all processing fees associated with online payments (3.5% + $0.30 for credit cards and 1.3% + $0.30 for Bank Account).  Renters and Guests may choose to wait until arrival and pay cash to the association manager at a higher fee.  Activation of a Renter or Guest website account will not happen until registration is paid.

 

Registration Prices:

Vehicle Parking:                     $30.00/vehicle for registration On-SITE.

       $25.00/vehicle for On-LINE registration.

Small Trailer Parking:            $10.00

Motorcycle Parking:              $20.00

(Note, if you are pulling a motorcycle on a trailer you must register your vehicle, the trailer, and motorcycle.)

 

Renters and Guests will receive an email once their information is reviewed and accepted by Endless Summer Owners Association. Inc.
